Overeducation, %

The share of overqualified persons among all employed persons. Based on the question: An overqualified employee is a person whose education and skills would allow him or her to also work in a more demanding position. Considering your level of education, work experience and skills, do you regard yourself as overqualified for your current job? This is the share of those employed persons who have responded yes. The shares are weighted with regard to the sampling design and the bias caused by non-response. Persons aged 20 to 64 with foreign background born abroad living in Finland. Corresponding data are not available for the whole population.
